Re: Egypt’s Revolution: The first 100 days

I found the above article very uplifting.  I am British, married to an Egyptian, have lived in Cairo for 36 years and gained the Egyptian nationality in January of this year.  I was, and still am, here during the revolution and have been very involved in it.  This post revolution period has not been easy and no one expected that it would be and after last week's sectarian violence one has days of despair.  However, Dr. Elmasry's article reminds one of how much we have actually achieved so far and has enabled me to regain my optimism for the future of this country.  It will take time as do all revolutions but yes we really have achieved an enormous amount and are a great example to the rest of the world.

We should continue to hold our heads high.
