Re: Why we Jews support BDS against Israel

To the Editor,

Udi Aloni should keep in mind that in the 20th century there were many millions of refugees. Like the 14 million in the India-Pakistan conflict, the 7 millions ethnic Germans expelled from Eastern Europe, the 800,000 Jews expelled from  Arab countries after 1948 and many more. In no case was there any return. In fact the term "right of return" does not appear in resolution 194 of the UN. The refugees should receive appropriate compensation and resettle in the future Palestinian state or third countries.

Those, like Aloni, who support the "right of return", in fact support the end of Israel as the nation-state of the Jewish people.

Yours truly,

Dr. Jacob Amir
