Re: Nobel, standing for student rights, By Scott Stockdale

Jim S. Allan, Toronto

I attended the Human Rights Tribunal hearing for Dr. David Nobel against York University, Sept. 14 - 24 last week in Toronto.

At that hearing, Mr. Scott Stockdale advised me about The Canadian Charger.

I was intrigued, and attach a copy of a one page letter I wrote to Mr. Scott Reid, Chair, The Canadian Parliamentary Coalition to Combat Anti-Semitism, wondering if you would be interested in it.

Semitism and Anti-Semitism came up at Dr. David Nobel's Tribunal Hearing.

After a brief look at some of The Canadian Charger contents, I am impressed with what I saw.

Dear Mr. Reid

Re: Semitism, and Anti-Semitism

Semite:  Descended from Shem; biblically, one of three sons of Noah, ancestor of the peoples of Palestine.

Semitic:  Subfamily of languages that includes Hebrew, Arabic, and Aramaic and certain ancient languages such as Phoenician and Akkadian, or their speakers.  This would include Palestinians and Sephardic Jews.

Palestinians:  Related to the Philistines of Palestine.  Biblically, through Ishmael, Abraham’s first son, and subject to God’s conditions, they qualify under God’s covenant with Abraham regarding the “Promised Land”.

Sephardic Jews:  Subject to God’s conditions, they also qualify under God’s covenant with Abraham regarding the “Promised Land”.

Ashkenazi Jews:  Not originally descended from Shem at all, but from the Khazars who moved into Eastern Europe from further East, and who adopted the Jewish religion around 750 AD.  They are neither Semitic, nor Semite.   Based on race, they do not qualify under God’s promise to Abraham.  Jews are in a ratio of about 22 Ashkenazis : 1 Sephardic.  Ashkenazis Jews control Israel and what was Palestine.  After WWII, mainly from Europe, and often illegally, they swarmed into Palestine, then administered under a 1923 mandate from the League of Nations, by Great Britain.

In stealing Palestinian land from the Palestinians, involving atrocious slaughter such as we have seen in Gaza, it is the mainly non-Semitic Israelis who are anti-Semitic against the mainly Semitic Palestinians, whose land they have stolen.

By breaking four of God’s Ten Commandments – Murder #6.  Stealing #8.  False Witness #9.  And Coveting #10 (all of which can be summarized in part as “terrorism”) – even if they were Semitic, which they are not, they would have broken the covenant with God, and thus lost the right to the Promised Land!

Bishop Desmond Tutu has explained that the Apartheid in South Africa was not as bad as the Israeli Apartheid against the Palestinians, as the South African Apartheid did not drive the Blacks off the land allotted to them, or decimate lives of civilians with sophisticated modern weapons, or restrict livelihood, as is the case of the Israeli Apartheid against the Palestinians.

Israel, supported mainly by the United States, is breaking just about every international requirement designed for peace in the world, thus jeopardizing peace.

Condemnation of Israel is often branded as anti-Semitic.  The contrary is the case.  It is predominately non-Semitic Israel itself that is practicing anti-Semitism against the predominately Semitic Palestinians.

Our media has short-changed our public in not disclosing these facts.

I hope this helps your Coalition to Combat Antisemitism.

Yours truly,

(Signed) Jim S. Allan
